The Rational iCombi Classic Combi Oven Gas ICC102G-NG is designed to replace multiple appliances including pots, grills, ovens, and steamers. This combi oven is ideal for restaurants, cafes, and catering services producing 150 to 300 meals per day. This natural gas model accommodates up to ten GN 2/1 trays. Steam cooking operates from 30°C to 130°C, while convection and combination modes reach temperatures of up to 300°C.

Advanced dehumidification technology rapidly removes excess moisture from the cooking cabinet, producing crisp crusts, crunchy coatings, defined grill marks, and rich roasted flavours without drying food out. The Rational iCombi Classic Combi Oven can store up to 100 custom programs, each with up to 12 cooking steps.
