  • Achieve 100% renewable electricity usage across all operations within the Group.
  • Achieve full annual reporting of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for all Group entities

Our Achievements:

  • Reward Hospitality is transitioning its operational fleet to hybrid vehicles as replacements are needed, supporting a gradual shift toward lower-emission transport options.
  • As a member of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), Reward Hospitality is committed to improving the sustainability of its packaging. Through the company's Action Plan, it is actively working to increase recyclability, optimise materials, and contribute to national targets for a circular packaging economy.

  • Reward Hospitality engages suppliers through our Responsible Purchasing Charter and accompanying Supplier Questionnaire encouraging continuous improvement in sustainability across our supply chain.

  • Reward Hospitality is actively working to reduce single-use plastics across our operations, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations in each Australian state and supporting the transition to more sustainable packaging alternatives.

 

The United Nations Global Compact

Since 2004, the ECF Group has been an active supporter of the United Nations Global Compact. This global initiative unites businesses committed to adopting socially responsible practices by integrating ten fundamental principles into their operations and value chains.

Human Rights Labour Environment Anti-Corruption
Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining. The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour. Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges. Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility. Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.


Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
The effective abolition of child labour. The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation. Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
