Finished with a granite enamel coating, the tray is almost indestructible and engineered for intensive daily use. Its excellent heat conductivity ensures uniform browning across the entire surface. The underside also browns evenly, making it well suited to plate cakes, pizza bases and baked dough products for restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, and catering services.

Fully contoured corners are moulded into the tray design so no portions are lost during cooking or serving. Designed for seamless use in Rational combi ovens, this Gastronorm Tray is compatible with iCombi Pro and iCombi Classic models.
